In-Ground Closing:

Includes:

  • Removing in-season hardware

  • Installing winter hardware

  • Cleaning and draining of the filter

  • Blow out all lines, equipment, and main drain(s)

  • Add anti-freeze (Chemicals included)

  • Plug/Seal all lines and skimmers

  • Installing and securing the cover

Above-Ground Closing:

Includes:

  • Remove in-season hardware

  • Install winter hardware

  • Cleaning and draining of the filter

  • Winterization of equipment

  • Inflate ice equalizer pillow(s)

  • Plug and Seal Skimmer and Return

  • Install cover (Must be 5’ to 7’ bigger than pool)

Blow Out Lines Only:

  • Blow out return, skimmer and main drain lines for winterization of in ground pools

  • Water must be drained properly ahead of time to winter level and winter plugs accessible.

  • Add anti-freeze (when necessary)

  • Plug/Seal all lines and skimmers

Add On/Extra Charges for Closings:

  • $100 - Draining Pool to Correct level

  • $50 - Water bag filling

  • $25 - Fountains/Waterfalls Per Line

  • $50-$100 - Floor Return Systems

  • $50-$100 - Spas

  • $100 - Additional Pump System

  • Specific upcharges for difficult or complicated pools to be determined
